The Reception Holiday Season booklet contains all information required with respect to organizing your party. We offer various menus and buffets as well as various packages to decorate your party. Possibility of a “turnkey” formula for your event including decorations and meals.

Hotel Quebec invites you into the tropical gardens to greet your guests at your next event. The garden adjacent to the balcony has a view on the pool and palm trees.

In addition, the restaurant 10Vagues is also equipped with a private lounge where some cocktails can be held. Finally, the lobby of the rooms is always available to host such an event.

Complimentary Room for the Committee and Guest Rooms

We offer a free room for the organizing committee. All arrangements for this purpose are listed in our Reception Holiday Season Booklet.

As to hosting your guests, it is possible to book a number of rooms for your event. The Hotel Quebec has 204 rooms and suites. Your guests can make reservations via Internet or by our central reservation. A group code will be granted in order to access the inventory of rooms set aside for you.

Safe Designated Driver’s Service “Tolérance Zéro”

Les Hôtels JARO are proud members of the Safe designated driver’s service of “Tolérance Zéro”. This organization is based on the same principle as “Operation Red Nose”, but it is available 365 days a year. They offer a safe return with your car through a voluntary contribution. Thus, all the guests at your event can benefit from this service.
