CONTENTS OF the POST
Under the supervision of the chef, the cook has to watch the proper process in the cooking, make sure of the quality of products and of the cleanliness of places. Furthermore, he has to exercise quite other related tasks which are assigned to him(her) within the framework of his(her) functions.
 
DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS
- serve plates according to the standards and the established standards;
- bring a support to the first cook to assure the good progress of the operations;
- group together(include) and cook all the necessary food for the lunch;
- make the implementation in plates;
- answer the diverse demandsresulting from the dining room;
- clean the wooden counters, the heating elements of the oven, the heating plates, the stoves for the already prepared food and
  Stoves for the already prepared food and the steam oven.
 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS  
- obtaining of a diploma of professional studies in cooking(in the kitchen);
- relevant experience in cooking about 2-3 years.
 
SKILLS AND NECESSARY CAPACITIES
- good physical shape;
- diplomacy and good judgment;
- be capable of working well under pressure;
- smell of the initiative and the person in charge;
