When you hire our Fontainebleau, Rambouillet and Versailles rooms, hotel Palace Royal, an oasis in the heart of Old Quebec, can accommodate you in its intimate lobby where you can enjoy the view of the hotel garden while sipping your cocktail.

Please note that should you wish to hire the ballroom, there is a large hall is adjacent to the entrance of this room.

All rooms of the Hotel Palace Royal are equipped with high-speed Internet wired and wireless. A free connection is provided with each meeting room rental.

We are able to meet additional requirements if you need multiple Internet connections at a meeting. You must first notify your sales representative. The fees are $25 for 10 connexions.

Hotel Palace Royal has an indoor parking for visitors and for guests. Charges apply when visiting it. If necessary, our Doormen and Valets will be happy to assist you upon arrival.

Business Center

We offer a business center service with troubleshooting assistance Monday to Friday from 8 h to 16 h 30. Photocopying, faxing and printing of documents are some of the services that can be given.
 

For services outside the hours of business center service, you can head to the hotel reception or use the self-service computer stations that are available for our customers.
