When you hire our Fontainebleau, Rambouillet and Versailles rooms, hotel Palace Royal, an oasis in the heart of Old Quebec, can accommodate you in its intimate lobby where you can enjoy the view of the hotel garden while sipping your cocktail.
Please note that should you wish to hire the ballroom, there is a large hall is adjacent to the entrance of this room.

Wedding Celebration at the hotel
You wish to make your wedding celebration in a private place surrounded with your close relations and with your friends? It is possible to rent a room for that purpose. Certain rooms are located near the tropical garden to add more charm to your celebration. Inquire with our commercial representatives of sales. You have to plan a celebrant of marriage authorized to realizeyour ceremony. The celebrant who chairs a marriage or a civil union acts as registrar asked to receivethe consent free and lit by the future couple or the spouses. He watches that all the formalities prescribed by the law are observed.

Complimentary Room for the Newly-Weds and Guest Rooms
Our Royal Wedding Package offers newly-weds a room without charge. All terms are listed in our Wedding Booklet. As to hosting your guests, you can book a number of bedrooms for your event. Your guests can make reservations via Internet or by our central of reservation. A group code will be granted in order to access the inventory of rooms set aside for you.

Safe Designated Driver’s Service “Tolérance Zéro”
Les Hôtels JARO are proud members of the Safe designated driver’s service of “Tolérance Zéro”. This organization is based on the same principle as “Operation Red Nose”, but it is available 365 days a year. They offer a safe return with your car through a voluntary contribution. Thus, all the guests at your event can benefit from this service.
