Our briefing book and menus for conferences and banquets give you a good overview of what is offered. However, we are pleased to prepare special and customized menus according to varying requirements of our customers. To this end, we need to know the budget set for the completion of your event.

All rooms of Hotel Quebec Inn are equipped with high speed Internet wired and wireless. A free connection is provided with each meeting room rental.

We are able to meet additional requirements if you need multiple Internet connections at a meeting. You must first notify your sales representative. Fees may apply.

Parking & Tents

 
Hotel Quebec Inn offers FREE outdoor parking spaces for visitors and guests.

Our parking spaces are so vast, over 20 000 square feet free without obstacles, that they allow the reception of very large tent if desired.

We also have a secure parking (closed and under camera surveillance).

We offer a business center service with troubleshooting assistance Monday to Friday from 8 h to 16 h. Photocopying, faxing and printing of documents are some of the services that can be given.

For services outside the hours of business center service, you can head to the hotel reception or use the self-service computer stations that are available for our customers.
