Prepare to be blown away by the 9th edition of the Festival de magie de Québec (Quebec City’s magic festival). From May 2 to 5, 2019, you will be able to walk around town and stumble upon free magic shows all over the streets of Quebec City. Bigger shows ($) will also be presented at the theatre to the great delight of magic lovers. A family outing you do not want to miss!
Festival Jours de Cirque
Starting May 22, 2019, the École de cirque de Québec (Quebec City’s circus school) is presenting its festival called Jours de Cirque (circus days), created specifically for the general public. A wide array of activities and shows, for the most part free, are presented on outdoor and indoor stages. The perfect activity for your little acrobats!
Où tu vas quand tu dors en marchant… ?
For a 6th consecutive year, the Carrefour international de théâtre is presenting its show called Où tu vas quand tu dors en marchant… ? Be a part of this outdoor walking tour that features five breathtaking performances on the bank of the Saint-Charles River in Limoilou. The shows will take place every Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, starting May 23, from 9 PM to 11 PM. Note that you do not need to speak or understand the French language to enjoy this visual production. Needless to say that you have never experienced anything like this before!
