1. Our ballroom is the place to go if you want to celebrate New Year’s Eve in style this year. Start the evening with a buffet that includes delicious sushi, beef Wellington, turkey escalopes, duck parmentier, and more. All of this followed by a dance evening hosted by a DJ and the band Music Groove Motion, which will play songs from the mega hits of recent decades to today’s pop hits. For the perfect ending, enjoy some dancing and a small glass of sparkling wine at midnight. Book this evening with lodging or without lodging now.

Start 2020 in style with a delicious brunch, hosted by the group Replay Acoustic Coverband and its pop-rock music.

2. You could also choose to celebrate at Ginger restaurant located on the ground floor of the hotel. Ring in the New Year with an à la carte dinner hosted by Replay Acoustic Coverband with its pop-rock music and DJ Sponza. Enjoy a small glass of sparkling wine at midnight and some party accessories. Ginger restaurant also offers a holiday breakfast buffet available every morning from 8 AM to 12 PM in addition to a special breakfast buffet on December 25 and January 1 hosted by Kenza, a pop-soul singer with a variety of talents.

At L’Hôtel Québec, discover the delicious holiday buffet at Le 10Vagues restaurant on the evening of December 24, 25 and 31. Discover various meal choices such as traditional dishes (turkey, meat pie) and trendier dishes (mussels, pork in crust, beef cheek, etc.). A delicious breakfast buffet is also available on December 25 and January 1. This buffet offers: eggs, bacon, sausages, crêpes, browned potatoes, meat pie, a chocolate fountain with fruits, and much more.

At Hotel Québec Inn, discover our holiday menus in the tropical atmosphere of Les Palmes restaurant. Musical entertainment by duo Alain & Danielle will give your evening a most captivating atmosphere. They will be present on the evenings of December 24, 25 and 31 as well as for the breakfast brunch served as a buffet on December 25 and January 1. Dinners will be served as a buffet where you will find charcuteries, salmon gravlax, chicken escalopes, prime rib, whole turkey, meatball stew, etc. For the breakfast buffet, you will find delicious omelettes, eggs Benedict, sausages in maple syrup, meat pie, baked beans, and more.
