The POOLS, SPAS and SAUNAS are closed for an undetermined period of time in all our hotels. Furthermore, the DINING ROOMS, ATRIUMS, ARCADES, MOVIE ROOMS, GYMS and DRY GAME MODULE are also closed.

Since food service is essential for hotel guests, we will only provide room service upon request and in a safe manner. This service is only offered to guests of the Hotel Plaza Québec and the Hotel Palace Royal.

Please note that if you wish to modify or cancel your hotel reservation, you must contact the agency through which you made your reservation. We are aware that many of you are experiencing difficulties in contacting Expedia’s customer service department. Unfortunately, our hands are tied and we are unable to modify your contract. Several external reservation websites can control, limit and even prevent direct communications between you and the hotel, thus prolonging the response time and hindering problem resolution.
