Where can I find the menus?
Palace Royale : Here!
Québec Inn : Here!

Are breakfasts included?
No. However, they can be added for a fee.

What if I have food allergies?
Please mention it when you select your menu.

Can I change the bottle of wine for another drink?
Coupons for one drink can be given on request. Please mention it at the time of reservation.

When will dinner be served?
Between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM

Is the menu customizable?
No. Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify the menu already established by our kitchens.

Can we choose the doneness of our steak?
No. The medium-rare is the selected doneness for all our guests.

If 4 adults are in the room, are there 2 bottles of wine included?
Only one bottle of wine is included, regardless of the number of occupants in the room. If needed, bar service is available through room service.

How many appetizers per guest will be included?
Palace Royale : One appetizer per person is included.
Québec Inn : Only one appetizer to share for all guests is included.

2. Booking conditions

When does the show start?
Between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM, depending on the show.

Can we share a room if we don’t live at the same address?
Yes. The new government measures now allow you to share a room.

Is the package transferable from one person to another?
Yes. It is possible to transfer or offer the package to another person. However, you must notify the hotel.

Will I be able to pay with a gift card on site?
Yes. Although the package is prepaid and non-refundable, you can pay on site with a JARO gift card. The amount will be refunded to your credit card.

Can we pay on site?
No. The payment of the package is processed at the time of the reservation using a credit card.

In the event of a cancellation due to COVID-19, will we be refunded?

Yes. If the sanitary measures change and we are no longer able to honor your package, a credit or refund may be issued, under certain conditions. Please note that packages are usually non-refundable.

Are we guaranteed a good view of the show?
The viewing quality of the show may be altered from one balcony to another. We cannot guarantee the view of the show since rooms are assigned according to first-come, first-served basis.
