Information Booklet and Menus / Meeting Package

Our briefing booklet and menus for conferences and banquets give you a good overview of what is offered. However, we are pleased to prepare special and customized menus according to varying requirements of our customers. To this end, we need to know the budget set for the completion of your event.

Planning your next meeting is easy when selecting our new “Meeting Package” including: meeting room, two coffee breaks and lunch served at the Ginger restaurant. We also provide at no charge a white board or a flip chart. The package offers a pricing per person in order to help plan considering your budget.

Internet in Meeting Rooms

All rooms of Hotel Plaza Québec are equipped with high speed wired and wireless Internet. A free connection is provided with each meeting room rental. We are able to meet additional requirements if you need multiple Internet connections at a meeting. You must first notify your sales representative. Fees may apply.

Parking

The Hotel Plaza Québec offers 350 FREE indoor and outdoor parking spaces for visitors and guests.

Business Center

We offer a business center service with troubleshooting assistance Monday to Friday from 8 h to 16 h 30. Photocopying, faxing and printing of documents are some of the services that can be given. For services outside the hours of the business center service, you can head to the hotel reception or use the self-service computer stations that are available for our customers.
