Job description:
- Assemble plates according to hygiene and work rules;
- Prepare food and basic ingredients (ex.: wash and peel vegetables, stir the soup, measure ingredients, sear chicken…);
- Perform all assistance work in the kitchen;
- Insure that nothing is missing from the buffet during service;
- Remove fat from meats;
- Assist the cook during service.
Skills and qualifications:

Relevant kitchen experience (asset).
Abilities:
- Good physical shape;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Flexible availability;
- Teamwork skills.
