If so, please fill out the form below to notify us. Be aware that only this form will be considered for our investigation and that the booking agents or the hotel reception will not be able to assist you further.
Please be advised that we are not responsible for the loss of any item left in our hotel rooms or public areas. Although we will do our best to find the missing item, we cannot guarantee the outcome of the investigation.
Also, keep in mind that you will be charged for shipping costs in the event that your property has to be returned to you by mail.
Lastly, we store lost items for 2 months. Any unclaimed item will be given away after this period.
