Job description
Banquet section:
- Prepare and arrange the serving trays and trolleys;
- Verify the accuracy of the orders;
- Set up the stations (dishes, coffee, condiments, etc.);
- Assisting servers during service;
- Clear the tables and maintain the cleanliness of the premises;
- Setting up and dismantling event rooms;
- Provide break service (snacks, coffee, etc.)
- Conduct tours to ensure customer satisfaction.
Room Service component:
- Taking orders (phone or form);
- Transmit orders to the kitchen or bar;
- Prepare the trays and delivery trolleys;
- Perform room delivery professionally;
- Check customer satisfaction;
- Collect the dishes and maintain the cleanliness of the floors.
Required qualifications
- Relevant experience in catering or customer service;
- Training in hospitality or catering (an asset).
Skills and abilities
- Team spirit and a sense of service;
- Courtesy and professionalism;
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment;
- Good physical condition;
- Functional English (English-speaking clientele).
