Job description
- Help customers with their suitcases;
- Keep suitcases on consignment;
- Remain at the door and greet guests at the entrance;
- Ensure that only hotel guests enter through the main entrance;
- Directing guests around the city;
- Making reservations for guests;
- Ensuring knowledge of Old Quebec and keeping up to date with changes;
- Respond to various customer requests;
- Assist reception with room deliveries;
- Other related tasks.
Education and skills
- Secondary school diploma.s.
