Job description
- Make room reservations for JARO establishments;
- Respond to customer calls and requests in a courteous and efficient manner;
- Inform customers about the services, promotions and packages offered;
- Update and standardize customer profiles in the system;
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of customer requests and files;
- Collaborating with different departments to offer a quality customer experience.
- High school diploma or vocational degree.
- Perform end-of-day checks and reconciliations;
- Conduct night audits according to established procedures;
- Detect and report transaction anomalies or errors;
- Preventing "no-show" type situations;
- Produce the reports necessary for hotel operations;
- Provide operational support during night shifts;
Education
- Secondary school diploma (DES) or vocational diploma (DEP);
- Experience in customer service, hospitality or reservations (an asset).
Skills
- Functional or advanced English (international clientele);
- Knowledge of the Maestro system (an asset);
- Good command of the Windows environment;
- Excellent customer service;
- Sense of organization and attention to detail;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Autonomy, rigor and a sense of responsibility;
- Availability to work night shifts.
