JOB DESCRIPTION
JARO Hotels has 9 Facebook accounts, 5 Instagram accounts, 2 TikTok accounts, 1 LinkedIn account and 130,000 subscribers to our newsletter.
Content creation (60%):
- Manage our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn accounts;
- Oversee multiplatform campaigns on digital media (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, etc.);
- Check the performance of its publications in order to constantly improve their quality and timing;
- Monitor competitors' social media;
- Create and maintain the content calendar for all the company's brands;
- Coordinate content creation in collaboration with the Marketing Director and the graphic design team;
- Plan, write and share all newsletter campaigns;
- Referencing our packages, promotions and events on external sites;
- Propose new actions and seize all relevant opportunities to increase our communities and improve content;
- Covering relevant events taking place in the establishments: taking photos and/or videos to illustrate the texts he or she has written;
Coordination of marketing projects (40%):
- Provide assistance with monthly reporting on digital channel and campaign performance;
- Coordination of e-marketing campaigns;
- Production of monthly reports;
- Coordinate several projects simultaneously;
- Monitor the market for new visibility opportunities;
- Preparing and coordinating promotional campaigns.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, translation or French language teaching; (in progress) ;
- Experience in creating and integrating content for blogs and/or social networks (an asset).
- Complete command of written French;
- Avid consumer of content, always on the lookout for news and trends in editorial, digital and advertising;
- Advanced knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google and Tik Tok;
- Photography and video capture skills.
