Job description:
- Provide support to the assistant manager in various tasks to ensure the smooth running of operations
- Ensure the smooth running of operations in the absence of the head or deputy head
- Design the daily menu and prepare the tables d'hôte taking into account the chef's instructions
- Check the cleanliness of the kitchens, the diligence in carrying out the tasks of other cooks and dishwashers
- Prepare the meats, cut them and vacuum seal them
- Prepare meals with the assistance of other employees
- Responsible for setting up the menu and desserts
- Responsible for closing the kitchen
Skills and qualifications:
- DEP in cooking (an asset) or
- Relevant experience in cooking (approximately 2 years)
Abilities:
- Good physical shape
- Diplomacy and good judgment
- Be able to work under pressure
- Sense of initiative and responsibility
