Job description
- Welcome guests and present the menu;
- Take and serve food and beverage orders;
- Provide courteous, efficient and personalized service;
- Ensure guest satisfaction;
- Set, clear and maintain tables;
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams;
- Participate in dining room setup and cleaning;
- Comply with hygiene, sanitation and service standards.
Skills
- Experience in food service or customer service is an asset;
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;
- Fast, self-motivated and well-organized;
- Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure;
- Professional appearance and attitude;
- Availability during the day, evenings and weekends;
- Functional English is an asset.
