A stroll through Old Quebec

A fantastic way to discover Quebec City is by visiting Old Quebec on foot. Les Promenades Fantômes, a guided walking tour hosted by intriguing characters, is a great opportunity to learn more about the city’s history. Picnicking on the Plains of Abraham, enjoying an ice cream treat from one of the many ice cream shops in Old Quebec or riding a bike are other ways to spend some quality time in the Old Capital.

Arbraska Chauveau

Located in the heart of Quebec City, this site offers an amusing journey through the trees, as well as a ziptour for zipline lovers. Arbraska Chauveau is a challenging and fun outdoor experience for those looking for a little extra challenge. The park will be open on Saturday, Sunday and Monday for the National Patriot’s Holiday.

Via ferrata at Sainte-Anne Canyon

Have you ever tried via ferrata? Sainte-Anne Canyon is the ideal place to discover this activity that combines hiking and climbing, set in a breathtaking landscape. Several courses are offered with various levels of difficulty depending on the level of challenge you want to take on. The beginner’s course is accessible from the age of 8.

Musée de la civilisation

Starting May 20th, the Musée de la civilisation will be presenting its brand new Maya exhibition. Discover the history of the Mayan civilization, which is one of the richest cultural heritages in the world. The exhibition will be divided into interactive stations, large-scale video projections and atmospheric soundscapes. All other museums in the Quebec City region will also be opened for National Patriot’s Day.

Ludovica Miniland

Ludovica Miniland is an exhibition featuring more than 2000 replicas of famous buildings and monuments from around the world. About 45 minutes are required to visit this Legoland-type exhibition located in Laurier Québec. This unique and unusual event is sure to impress kids and adults alike!
