FESTIVAL D’ÉTÉ DE QUÉBEC: 50 YEARS OF SPECTACULAR MOMENTS

Summer 2017 marks a turning point in the history of Festival d’été de Québec (FEQ): Canada’s biggest outdoor music festival celebrates 50 years of pure musical magic.

Since its beginning in 1967, FEQ has been consistently promoting musical artistry by offering exceptional and diverse programming.

Today, Festival d’été de Québec gathers more than 100,000 people throughout its 11 days of festivities during which more than 1,000 artists give hundreds of performances in around ten different sites.

Half a Century of Good Music

For quite some time now, FEQ has been celebrating music from all around the world and giving some serious goosebumps to its many crowds. Through the years, the most famous artists from the local and international scenes have taken over the FEQ stages. Among them, music legends such as Plume Latraverse, Jean-Pierre Ferland, Gilles Vigneault, Charles Aznavour, Johnny Hallyday and Fred Pellerin, The Rolling Stones, Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, Keith Urban, Elton John, Steve Wonder, Bruno Mars, Kiss, Lady Gaga and The Black Eyed Peas, just to name a few.

A 50th Edition that ROCKS!

This year’s edition of the FEQ will take place from July 6th to July 16th. Muse, Metallica, Michel Fugain, Bobby Bazini, Isabelle Boulay, Pink, Kendrick Lamar, The Backstreet Boys and Les Sœurs Boulay feature among the 50 performers that will set the stage on fire and create unforgettable moments for the FEQ 50th anniversary.
