Starting at $26 to $29/hour, depending on experience
- HOTEL MUST (1345 Airport Road, QC) and HOTEL LINDBERGH (2825 Laurier Blvd, QC) | Position of approximately 32 hours/week , combined in both hotels.
TASK DESCRIPTION
- Supervise and manage the maintenance and cleaning team (housekeepers, floor attendants, maintenance staff)
- Planning work schedules and managing attendance
- Monitor the cleanliness and maintenance of rooms, suites and common areas
- Train, motivate and evaluate cleaning staff
- Manage the inventory of cleaning products and supplies and coordinate orders
- Ensure that hygiene and safety standards are met according to the hotel's standards and applicable regulations.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure an optimal customer experience
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain the quality and compliance of services
- Manage special customer requests regarding maintenance and service
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma (Secondary 5) or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry (team supervision)
- Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation and safety standards in the hotel industry
- Proficiency in French and functional English (an asset)
