Job description
- Welcome guests and handle check-ins and check-outs;
- Respond to guest requests and provide high-quality customer service;
- Perform front desk duties during day and evening shifts;
- Conduct the night audit and prepare the required reports;
- Process transactions and ensure the accuracy of all operations;
- Ensure the security and smooth operation of the hotel during the night;
Education
- Secondary school diploma (DES) or vocational diploma (DEP);
- Experience in customer service, hospitality or reservations (an asset).
Skills
- Functional to advanced English (international clientele);
- Experience in front desk operations or hospitality is an asset;
- Comfortable working with numbers and computer systems;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Independent, reliable, and good judgment;
- Available to work night shifts on weekends and day/evening shifts during the week.
