In order for guests to make the most out of their time in Québec City, the hotel provides a concierge service. Through this service, guests can be informed about the activities going on at the hotel and in the city, about the “must-see” attractions, the most sought-after restaurants, and more.

Electric vehicle charging stations are available for you in the hotel's indoor parking area.

The hot tub is located in the tropical garden, within the pool enclosure, on level 1.

Sunday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Friday and Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Opening hours for Easter weekend – April 3 to April 5:
Every day: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Hot tub & Pool opening relies on the availability of lifeguards. We apologize for the inconvenience due to the labor shortage, limiting the pool’s opening hours. Please also note that the opening hours may vary according to dates and for maintenance purposes.

For safety reasons, the maximum recommended time is 15 minutes.
Towels are available at the pool.
Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Children under 6 years old are NOT allowed in the hot tub.
For safety reasons, glass containers and metal cans are not allowed in the pool area.

Opening hours:
Every day from 5:00 a.m to 9:00 p.m.
Between 5:00 and 8:00, the client must go to the front desk for the opening of the center.

Access to the center is strictly reserved for those 18 and over.

The swimming pool is located in the tropical garden, on level 1.
