  • Reservations in our restaurants, online, in person or by phone;
  • Reservations in our hotels, online, in person or by phone;
  • Products (gift cards and gift certificates) bought online, in person or by phone;
  • Contest participation (trade fairs, website and social media);
  • Submissions for function rooms and event organization (online, in person or by phone);
  • Automated mailing programs subscriptions (newsletters and promotional emails), this data is collected from the forms filled on our websites, reservation tools, surveys, contact forms, and our establishments’ internet connections.

Deleting personal data

We do not delete personal data unless requested to do so, since we are using this data for strategy and analysis. We regularly clean our mailing lists for promonotial emails and newsletters. The profiles that don’t interact with our messages (by clicking or opening our emails) are deleted from our lists.

Request for Access to Personal Information

Individuals have the right to know about the information we retain about them, subject to restrictions provided for by law, and may request a correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, if necessary, we will transmit this information to the person concerned and make the necessary correction within a reasonable time.

The request procedure is as follows:

The applicants must identify themselves with a mailing and email address and sign the request so as to avoid fraud or the unjustified transmission of personal information to third parties.

  • We will process the request for access or correction of personal information within thirty (30) days of receipt of the request;
